CEO, FOUNDER and Medical Director, DARIN NEVEN, MD

Darin started his company to create new systems of care to improve the broken healthcare system that he observed for over 15 years as an emergency room physician.
Dr. Neven was incepted into the City of Spokane's Citizen Hall of Fame for his leadership and innovation by bringing together different organizations in Eastern Washington to solve the problems of homelessness, mental health and chemical dependency addiction among the poor and dispossessed. Since starting his company in 2014, Darin has also added services to the community that include support for housing, employment and community outreach for underserved populations. Darin's mission is to serve and advocate for those most in need, and his vision is to create a community where everyone is listened to, respected and cared for in a way that supports their ability to reach their human potential.
Executive Director, Paul Vose, PhD
Paul serves as Consistent Care's Executive Director of Business Development, Business Operations, Social Services and Grant Management.
With over 30 years of experience, Paul brings a deep commitment to excellence and a proven track record in business operations, development, industrial technologies, and social services.
His expertise includes strategic planning, project management, and driving operational efficiency, market growth, and innovation.
Throughout his career, Paul has worked with leading organizations, including Bio Gro, Enerphase, Weyerhaeuser, Embassy Management, and Integrated Micro Metallurgical Systems. In each of these roles, he earned a reputation for his leadership, innovation, and integrity.
Paul’s approach is grounded in a strong commitment to core values such as transparency, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. These principles drive him to consistently exceed expectations and deliver meaningful results.
Outside of work, Paul is passionate about fishing, camping, mentoring young professionals, and volunteering with local charities.
Paul's forward-thinking mindset and strong interpersonal skills make him an exceptional leaders and asset to both our organization and the clients that we serve.
Executive Director, Aimee Hubbard
Aimee is our Executive Director of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development.
Aimee has over 25 years of extensive expertise in organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, business development and operations across diverse sectors, including government, healthcare, corporations, small businesses, and non-traditional industries.
Aimee's career highlights include supporting Native American tribes in Washington State, where she helped develop leadership programs, promoted business partnerships, and advocated for equitable treatment by vendors.
She also worked with Washington State's Department of Corrections, focusing on the Meals on Wheels program, where she worked with incarcerated individuals on gaining skills, pride, and purpose, to aid in their reintegration back into society, and reduce recidivism.
Additionally, Aimee served as a Project Manager for the Department of Defense, helping disabled veterans and individuals with disabilities gain work skills for community success.
